OMC Shipping Pte.Ltd. (“OMCS”) was incorporated on 10th October 2010 in Singapore. OMCS’s core business activities are ship owning, and providing ship management services.----Singapore was chosen to be its operations base due to its strategic global location, well-established shipping infrastructure, and flexible and competitive business and economic environment.----As of September 2012, OMCS's paid up capital is US$66.32 million, and we have 37 employees engaged in day to day operation at the office.----Our fleets are comprised of bulk carriers, ranging from Handy size to Pana-max size, and MR Product Oil tankers, totaling a deadweight of about 600,000 tons, all of which fly the Singapore flag.
