BSM CSC Kaliningrad was established in February 2010 as the official representative of Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement in Kaliningrad region. Kaliningrad is a well-known trading sea port on the North-West of Russia with historically based maritime traditions because of its great amount of seafarers of various specialties and educational institutions such as: Baltic State Maritime Academy (5 years education) Kaliningrad Technical University (5 years education) Kaliningrad Marine College (4 years education) BSM CSC Kaliningrad is headed by Mr. Alexander Natalich and the office consists of experienced managers and professional shore staff. BSM CSC Kaliningrad has formed very good relationships with public authorities, embassies and consular sections. We meet the requirements of all international and flag state laws and the policies and regulations of Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement. BSM CSC Kaliningrad’s main requirement for new applicants is a high English language level, good working experience with multi - national crew and the possession of valid certificates based on the IMO STCW78/95 International Convention on Standards of Training Certification and Watch-keeping for seafarers.
