The agency was founded at the end of 2021 at Russian Federation, but already has a large base of seafarers who are professionals in their field. We also already cooperate with many shipowners from the Russian Federation and from all over the world.--The agency was founded by former sailors, which gives an understanding of the work on both sides — on the part of the company and on the part of the sailor. We know:--What skills of a sailor are important on each type of vessel--What sailors really face on the vessel--What skills will be required from sailors to pass inspections--Real situation on the seafarers’ labour market--At the interview stage, determine the skills and professional qualities of a sailor.--We are able to screen out unsuitable sailors for vacancies.
