Ionada develops, manufactures, and markets exhaust gas cleaning systems for the marine and power generation industries. In 2013 the research team led by Edoardo Panziera, produced the first functioning SOx scrubber. The results were promising enough to attract the first angel investor which led to the spin out and founding of Ionada to commercialize the technology.
