My client, is on a lookout for an Operations Manager – Cruise to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with board Clearance and Bridge Teams
• Support in selection, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Manage all Port Agencies and CIQ relationships
• Set-up and coordinate the disembarkation and embarkation processes and procedures with ship and ground staff, as well as the clearance of the vessel with local authorities in each port of call.
• Establishing staffing levels within the Cruise Terminal during set-up.
• Be able to draft presentation, contract, letters for internal and external partners;
• Assist in development, interpretation, and usage of financial reports and supplementary information for management planning, control, and decision- making.
Requirements:
– Min. five years of experience in Port Operations / cruise line and or Tour/Travel Operations in similar capacity
– Able to read and write in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
