1. 2/E – Minimum 2 year on Rank or minimum 2 years as 2OFF/3E
2. Hold Certificate of Competency (COC)/ Engine Officer Class II, and Hold Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) / BST, AFF, SCRB, BOCT, ACT, SAT, MFA, MC, SAT, ERM
3. English fluently
4. Good Attitude
