INMARSCO was established in 1993, with the class A crew management services qualification, which is approved by Maritime Safety Administration of China. The major business is recruiting, training, managing the crew from domestic and foreign ship owners and the relevant services conformed to the regulations.----Our company has also achieved the international ship management business qualification in 2006. There are more than 6,000 person-time outputs of the crew since its establishment. After the development of ten years, the business process and management system is becoming better and better, The recruiting, training, accreditation, dispatch, management, reserves system has been completed, and accumulated rich experience in crew management, has established a team of crew with high quality and strong operational ability, Our company has established a long-term, stable business relationships with lots of well-known shipping companies in Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway and some other countries, and achieved very good reputation form all of them due to the great job we have done. Now there are more than 6,00 person-time outputs of the crew annually.----Our company always focus on own crew team-building and development. Since its establishment, we recruit more than 50 graduates from major maritime university and colleges every year,so far the company own more than 400 officers and engineers with class A certificate, including more than 60 captain and chief engineer positions, they have already become the main power in the seafarers outputing service business.
