Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement was founded in 2006 by Dr. Rowil Ponta and Richard Grube. The business concept today is the same as it was back then: to provide high-quality ship management services to our clients as an equal partner with full transparency. The activity of our stuff is, first of all, consist in full management with a wide range of services. After all, we not only employ seafarers, but also take full responsibility for their safe departure to the ship, timely crew exchange, accounting of all expenses of ships and their technical supply. Together with our partners, we train seafarers and provide students with a cadet program for a future perspective.
