Our main activity is crew manning and full crew management services, particulary providing Shipowner's companies with the qualified crew staff. Clients are from: Switzerland, Greece, Singapore, Denmark.--Knowledge and technical base make us able to offer suitable candidate for any kind of vessels upon short notice. Our database of seagoing personnel contains of more than 30,000 seafarers of all ranks, allows us to speed-up and optimizes this process into the standard procedure. We assist in visa obtaining, crew change in Ukrainian ports, booking of tickets for domestic and international itineraries.--The key priority of our company is to provide the efficient service allowing the clients company to work on cost-effective basis saving the high quality of services provided. We are rather oriented on the implementation of new technologies to operate on optimal costs.--We are in close co-operation with the State approved training centers which can give us an expertise on professional abilities of candidates including knowledge of English language by testing of our applicants prior in-house approval. Same is concerning to the special trainings which comes above of convention but is being compulsory as per clients requirements.
