BSM Crew Service Centre China was established on 1st January 2008 along with the merger of Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement Group. The aim and objective of CSC China is to provide qualified and experienced seafarers from the People's Republic of China to various ship owners for their fleet whether these vessels are Container, Bulk Carrier, Tankers and LPG vessels. Outsourcing of seafarers from the People's Republic of China has been consistently growing within BSM CSC China. With the expansion of the group and growing demands for PRC seafarers worldwide, we will need more seafarers to join our PRC pool of officers and ratings for full-manned or for vessels with mixed nationalities. BSM CSC China has been developing PRC seafarers to meet international standards and growing demands from ship owners and charterers for safe and efficient operation of their vessels in a cost effective manner for many years now. BSM CSC China has identified two important training requirements for PRC seafarers: A) English Language Training B) Competency Training To upgrade the English Language and competency level of our PRC seafarers, BSM CSC China has developed various In-House Training and value-added courses.
