We have been working closely with Hanseatic (and later Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement) since August 2006. “BSM KSC Novorossiysk” has a license that allows recruiting and changing personnel abroad, issued by the Russian Federal Migration Service. Our company needs officers and senior officers who have experience working on the following types of vessels: Oil / Chemical Tankers, Bulk carriers, Ro-Ro Carriers, Container and Off-shore vessels (ATHS, PSV and etc). The company manages more than 600 vessels. The database of seafarers working with us is constantly growing and updated. A mandatory requirement for all new applicants is a high professional level and good knowledge of English, experience working with “mixed” crews, as well as the availability of valid certificates in accordance with SOLAS, STCW-78/95 and other international standards. Before being appointed to the ship, all of our candidates pass all mandatory tests in accordance with the International Maritime Regulations, requirements of shipowners and Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement.
