Officially licensed for crewing by the government-- -- For the Employment of Russian Citizens overboard issued by the Immigration Authority of the Kaliningrad region-- Type of vessels we have so far been sending crew to-- Generally we are manning Handy size dry cargo vessel with European trade Reefers (Fish and Fruit carriers, partly with Container plugs) Tramp and Liner Trade-- Transportation of the Ships to the Ships Processing Plant (up to Cape size and VLCC)-- Maintenance vessels (Tugs, AHTS)-- All seafarers have to have to pass Drug and Alcohol test as singing up the Policy of the company and other necessary documents and Manuals provided by the Company-- ISM Familiarization-- -- ISM Code training is compulsory for the top Officers and ISM familiarization courses is performed to the Rest of the crew in accordance with Companies Safety Manuals (to be provided by the Company)-- Pre - Embarkation Agreements with Seafarer-- -- With every Seamen concluded all necessary papers (more important for the Option I of wage payment) as CoE, Politics, Agreements provided by the Company to be singed up in order to avoid all possible inopportune and misunderstanding between Seafarer, Company, Agency and Trade Union
