The existing database of seafarers includes candidates from the Black Sea countries (Ukraine, Georgia, Russia) with individual experience in multilingual crews.--Our pre-employment procedures include:----Professional fitness tests--English language test--Check of originality/validity STCW certificates--Check of the references from previous employers--Medical examination, drug-alcohol and psychological test--We arrange all necessary procedures (filling in application forms, preparing copies of documents, verifying them by Harbour master or by Notary, sending them to the head office of your good company) for issuing flag certificates for the seafarers in case of need.
