Dobroflot Shipping Company was established in Moscow in 1997. In order to expand the cooperation with Russian and foreign partners, Vladivostok Branch was open in 1999.-- Main activities of the Branch is crewmanning and representation of the Head Office’s interests. In addition, the Company is engaged in chartering, shipping, brokerage, freight forwarding and agency activities.-- Crewmanning services provided by the Company are in full compliance with International Conventions and ISO requirements and confirmed by Certificate of Compliance annually issued by Ministry of Transportation of Russian Federation as well as by License for employing Russian citizens abroad issued by Federal Migration Service of Russia.
