Captain A.Dmitriev had more than 15 years of sea experience on various vessels including cargo and cruise vessels. LIBRA LLC is a private Company duly licensed by Ukrainian Ministry of Labour, Licence No.AB 585140 , issued on 28.04.2012. We are regularly improving the quality of our services. Since 1999 we are certified with regards to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and in 2013 we received new ISO 9001:2008 MLC 2006 standard certificate including separate certificate, Regulation 1.4, Standard A 1.4. of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006. Since 1999 we are certified with regards to the requirements of ISO 9001 (2015) The main activity of our crewing department is recruitment of seafarers of all ranks from Master to steward and crewing for ship-owners / ship-managers for all types of vessels. We understand that the recruitment of highly-qualified seafarers is of vital importance to efficient and safe shipping. Our candidates are adequately trained and properly licensed/certified according to the STCW 78/95, SOLAS and other International Conventions requirements and have experience in international multicultural crew on various vessels such as oil and chemical tankers, bulk carriers, dry cargo vessels, containers, lash (barge carrier), tugs, anchor handling - tug - supply vessels . We have most up dated information about previous employers evaluations of seafarers, so we are able to provide prospective employers with references. This allows the company to make objective decisions regarding the potential candidates.
