Marine Pro Service was founded in 1995 and was fully licensed by the Ukrainian Government for crewing. We started recruitment of Ukrainian seafarers to foreign shipping companies one of the first.----Marine Pro Service has offices in 5 Ukrainian ports:--Izmail, Odessa, Kherson, Sevastopol and Kerch----Our staff is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week at Your service . We can arrange total crews or individual seafarers, officers or engineers.----OUR SEA PERSONNEL----All seafarers have necessary qualification certificates in accordance with the international standards and requirements for deep sea trade. Our officers graduated from Odessa National Marine Academy and Kiev State Marine Academy.----Our agency maintains stand by list of officers and ratings ready to work at short notice.----To avoid alcohol, drug and psychological problems on the vessels of our Principals all officers and ratings pass special tests.----Students of Odessa National Marine Academy get their first sailing experience on new vessels as cadets.----We have available navigators experienced in river system navigating and we can supply crew for the river vessels as well.----Additionally, we have plenty of the deck/ engine officers, stewardesses, bartenders, cooks and other staff experienced in passenger fleet.----Also, we have repair teams fully ready for job consisting of engineers and welders. Repair team provides full set of job needed for the specific tasks.
