The team of our company consists of highly experienced and skilled seafarers, IT professionals and database of qualified sailors.--We recruit for Shipowners, Shipmanagers, Operators the crew members with good qualification and experience.--We are controlling and checking up availability and authenticity of required documents in accordance with STCW 78/95 regulations.--We understand that the safe operation of the vessel, the safety of the crew, the safety of the cargo depends on the knowledge and qualification of the seafarers.--The professional knowledge and experience of each crew member is checking by our team.--We perform all necessary interviews and tests with each candidate.--We take into account the shipowners requirements in relation to seafarers and select the essential crew members.
