At that time the owners of the company decided to invest in a dry cargo ship. A strong will and a deep desire to succeed brought a quick expansion to the fleet and by the end of World War II the company was headquartered in London, England and had created a substantial fleet of dry bulkers and tanker vessels, newly built in the finest European and Japanese yards.----In 1976 the company moved its business from London to Athens, Greece and expanded to the fields of cruising and passenger transportation, where a legacy was slowly built under the name Arkadia Lines. This expansion, coupled with a brand new fleet quickly found high profitability and served millions of clients, many of which still remember and speak of the Arkadia Lines ferries.----A further step forward was made in 1998 when the company decided to venture into recruiting and training personnel.
