PT. BGJ is a manpower consulting company based at Batam Island, Indonesia and provides Indonesian skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower solution to its client abroad and local client. Covering both the Marine and Non-marine industry. PT. BGJ maintains a large database of bio-data from available candidates covering different skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled professions. The bio-data of each candidate consist of all personal data (age, religion, marital status, etc.) identification details (passport, seaman book, etc.) language skills, educational and training backgrounds and employment, experience records. Thanks to this huge database BGJ is able to reply fast to any manpower requests. All candidate are screened, qualifications and experiences verified and cross-checked, furthermore a personal interview has been conducted. In case our client wishes to screen selected candidates personally we welcome client's representatives to interview and conduct trade tests at our facilities in Batam, Indonesia. Once candidates are employed a frequent evaluation on performance, competence and behavior will be conducted, this assessment report will be used also in database for future employment. All suitable candidates will undergo full medical check-up.
