Our Greek Crew Managers always consult with our principals on crew-related matters including recruitment, performance reports, training, union cover, dismissal policies and procedures.----The Manila manning Office is supervised-always by a sea & shore experienced Greek Master Mariner, with relevant experience in the Manila market (more than 4 years as General Manager of Manning Branch office) and staffed by highly experienced personnel who are responsible for our 6,000 seafarer's database - Filipino Officers and crew.----Our Odessa and Constanta crewing offices are managed by a Greek Master Mariner, with 30 years ship and shore experience who is a OCIMF accredited inspector, ISM/ISO certified Lead Auditor and staffed with ex-seamen experienced officers and highly educated personnel.----Our Ukrainian/Romanian seafarer's database includes more than 1000 qualified Officers and crew.--Shore side personnel, Officers and crew receive continuous training with regard to STCW 95 / SOLAS /OPA 90 /MARPOL / ISM CODE / and MAJOR OIL COMPANIES requirements.----We are presently manning more than 110 vessels:----- Tankers (Crude- Product- Chemical)--- Dry Cargo vessels ( Bulk, General Cargo, Containers ).----Licenses and Certificates are checked thoroughly in accordance with our Company's strict procedures--and all recruits attend in-house familiarization with a Principal??s Policies prior to joining a vessel--A Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2000 has been approved by Lloyd??s Register Quality Assurance in effect throughout all our operations:--Crewing Management Services--Training on pre-departure orientation seminar and--STCW 95 codes related Training----We provide qualified crew to a wide variety of vessels.--The crew are carefully selected in compliance to each individual vessel's needs, by our recruiting teams and Port Captains in our satellite offices (on the point of hire) and head office (final evaluation and approval).--The selected crew are trained professionals, properly documented, efficient and reliable which they have ascertained with their previous sea service with our company.
