All approved candidates compulsory pass--Medical Examination as per international standards before joining the vessel.----Our crew is obligatory selected and checked for their qualification, English level and their--references from previous employers. And if it is necessary we can arrange for you--the interview with a candidate on Skype with using a web camera in order for you to be--sure in qualification and personal features of the candidate.--Also we can provide you with assistance in joining an approved candidate the vessel--and preparing, filling all necessary documents for issuing the Foreign Endorsement.----If you have particular requirements for crew members to obtain additional certificates and etc--for serving on your good vessels, we will be glad to help and cooperate with you and conform--the rules, terms and conditions of your company.----We can provide skilled electricians/ ElEngs and fitter/welders from Ukraine. All candidates speak English--and have experience to work in the mixed crew.
