Our company was first established in Taiwan during the late 1980s, and shifted our office to Singapore in 1992. Valour Offshore Marine Services Pte Ltd, was officially registered in Singapore in 1992.----Prior to our current service contracts for the lease of our vessels to DSTA for the period between 2000 to date, we had been serving customers in various countries. We have been serving clients from vaiours countries, eg. Taiwan, Malaysia, China, Korea, Japan, USA, Brazil, Europe, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore.------Our global clients includes Cable wireless, AT&T, Petronas Carigali, Hyundai, Rockwaters, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Edward & Sons Sdn, Bhd, Korea Submarine Telecom Co, Total Exploration & Production, Koea Submarine Telecom, ARCO China, Orbtech, Oceaneering Int'l Pte Ltd, Philips & ACT, Thaipo Ltd, P.T. Istana Karang Laut, Brown & Root Far East Engineers Pte Ltd, Solus Oceaneering Sdn Bhd and various other companies around the world.------We had been providing various services to our clients, such as towing, offshore supplies, offshore repair/maintenance, special equipment installations, offshore diving supports, ROV operations, pipeline installations, underwater surveys, accomodation, agency, etc.----We have also been providing the Republic of Singapore Navy, DSTA, DSO and NLD with extensive services including the manning and maintenance of our vessels that are under charter to them, namely MV Kendrick and MV Avater. It's an honor to be of service to the Republic of Singapore, and to have our vessels to participate in many of the naval exercises, including many multi-national exercises in the past 12 years of service, as well as providing training facility and guidance for NSMEN on board our vessels.----Customer's needs are the services that we provide. With this in mind, we foresee the needs of customers and prepare in advance including that of spareparts and ensuring proper equipment maintenance shedules, and hence we were able to provide various services to our charterers as and when required with quick response and minimal down time. Unlike other companies with many departments or board of directors, our company directly own our vessels and is able to make immediate and quick decisions when we receive any inquriy or request from our clients.----In the case of our vessel, MV Kendrick, which was chartered to the RSN from 2000 to 2009, we are proud to say that we were able to achieve zero downtiem during the period of service.--Our RO-LO vessel, MV Avatar, has been and is still under charter to the Republic since year 2001/2. Minimal down time was achieve throughout the period of our contracts with the our clients, other than necessary planned maintainance and repairs of damages occurred during clients' operations.
