WS Armada Sdn Bhd was formed with a vision to serve and expand on the maritime shipping sector of peninsular Malaysia as well as the region. Incorporated on 22nd May 2009 WS Armada was formed as a ship management company to manage and operate vessels owned by sister companies as well as vessel’s belonging to close associates. WS Armada Sdn Bhd is part of WSJ International Group of companies which are very diverse in its business activities, covering coal mining, palm oil, timber products and hospitality. With its formation as ship managers for its affiliated ship owning companies,WS Armada has under its management a fleet of relatively new tug and barges which were constructed in 2008/2009.--WS Armada’s main business is providing transportation of general, bulk and project cargo as well as towage services on either voyage basis or time charter basis. The company is headquartered in Phileo Damansara I, Petaling Jaya and is supported by its associated offices in Singapore and Jakarta to better serve our clients. Our management team has in total more than 35 years experience in shipping covering almost every aspect of commercial and technical management ensuring that we remain commercially competitive, dedicated and dependable to the clients we serve.
