Rating min requirements :
Able seaman/Fitter/Oiler: COP HOLDER regulation II/5, with MIN 20 month exp in same type vessel, Age MAX 45
Bosun/Pumpman: with MIN 30 month exp in same type vessel, Age MAX 45
Cook: Cook COC Holder, with MIN 30 month exp in same type vessel, Age MAX 45
Ordinary Seaman: WK Certificate holder, with MIN 20 month exp in same type vessel, Age MAX 35
General Steward/Messman: with MIN 10 month exp in same type vessel, Age MAX 30
