– Umur 30 – 50 tahun
– Bersedia ditempatkan di kapal Transhipmet atau Long Towing
– Pengalaman di posisi yang sama minimal 2 (dua) tahun di Tug Boat
– Menguasai/memahami mesin Mitsubisi, Caterpilar, Yanmar atau Cummins
– Mampu menghitung kebutuhan bahan bakar dengan berbagai cuaca
– Cakap di ruang mesin (minimal mempunyai sertifikat engine room resource management / ERM)
– Mampu mengatasi Trouble Shooting Engine dan Elektrik
– Dapat bekerja dalam team
