Requirements:
Has minimum 3 year working experience as Crewing Supervisor in a Shipping Line Company.
Has a good proficiency in English, both oral and passive.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, good communication, and good organization.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitor and ensure the crew placement process, familiarization and administration run well and according to company procedures.
Monitor and ensure the rotation process fits the company’s needs so that crew on board placement is effective and efficient.
Monitoring the compensation, benefit and tax calculations of all seafarers is accurate.
Handle crew complaints related to compensation and benefits so that crew complaints can be followed up and resolved thoroughly.
Monitor and ensure investigation of crew cases on board is resolved quickly and well.
Ensure the crew data is input and valid in the HRIS system
