Responsible to support Vessel Team in management and implementation of all technical aspect of vessels including maintenance, docking and repairs of assigned vessels.
Managing all service and purchase requisition process to ensure all goods and services are provided on board in timely manner.
Monitoring and maintaining vessel Planned Maintenance System (PMS) submission and filing in timely manner.
Maintaining communication with vessel on submission errors and advising vessel on proper PMS procedure.
Together with docking team to be in charge of docking process including preparing docking repair list, monitoring docking activities and update accordingly.
Monitoring vessel activities including checking and verifying all vessel reports, all vessel emails, monitoring oil analysis submission and vessel engine running hours.
Inspecting vessels as and when required by Vessel Manager.

Has a good proficiency in English, both oral and passive.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, good communication, and good organization.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitor and ensure the crew placement process, familiarization and administration run well and according to company procedures.
Monitor and ensure the rotation process fits the company’s needs so that crew on board placement is effective and efficient.
Monitoring the compensation, benefit and tax calculations of all seafarers is accurate.
Handle crew complaints related to compensation and benefits so that crew complaints can be followed up and resolved thoroughly.
Monitor and ensure investigation of crew cases on board is resolved quickly and well.
Ensure the crew data is input and valid in the HRIS system

Melakukan inspeksi diatas kapal
Monitor pelayaran kapal / passage plan kapal & speed kapal
Monitor dan control pemuatan kargo ke kapal (stowage plan)
Memastikan target speed, disch and load rate tercapai
Memastikan pelayaran kapal, penyandaran dan proses ops kapal lainnya dalam kondisi aman
Komunikasi dengan kru kapal
Memonitor jadwal pergerakan kapal yang lebih cepat / minimalkan delay yg tidak penting
Evaluasi pencapaian performance kapal dengan Operator setiap trip
Monitor perawatan dan kebersihan kapal
Requirement
Pendidikan Ahli Nautika Tingkat II (ANT II)
Pengalaman minimal 2tahun menjadi port master / Kapten Kapal minimal 5tahun
Umur Max 40tahun
