We are PT. KARUNIA EMPAT BERSAMA, Our client Looking for GOOD experience Candidate Who has worked in Offshore Barges / Rigs or Vessel:
1. STEWARD / GENERAL ATTENDANTS (Need for 30 crews)
Salary : QR 1460 (Qatar Riyal)
General Attendants / Stewards
– Must have a minimum work experience of 08 months in the offshore
– English speaking
– Knowledge in Safety & Hygiene
– Duties (but not limited to the following):
o Carrying out all housekeeping and accommodation services safely and effectively
o Carrying out cleaning, laundering and galley/mess duties safely, efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with schedules and procedures provided
o Assisting with additional tasks such as deep cleaning and unloading containers
o Ensuring all duties and responsibilities are undertaken in full compliance of the Health and Safety at Work Act as well as meeting safety standards set by Sodexo and the Client
2. CAMP BOSS (need for 5 crews)
Salary: QR 3800 To 4000 (Qatar Riyal)
Specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
· Planning organizing and controlling the operation in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the clients including but not limited to food production, service, housekeeping, laundry as per the contractual specifications and in line with superior’s instructions.
· Managing the catering operations within the budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
· Closely monitor stock level and stock rotation and ensure compliance with the given targets and objectives. Conduct regular inventories to check discrepancies between physical and actual stock. Ensure that stock is properly maintained and procedures are followed properly. Inspect storage areas to check any spoilage or damage to inventories.
· Control food, non food and payroll cost and operate within budgeted targets.
· Monitor staffing level regularly. Prepare vacation and replacement plan for key personnel in consultation with Operations Manager. Submit staff need forecast to the superior.
· Prepare and maintain documents, reports and records as per the company and client’s requirements.
· Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
· Should have excellent employee management skills and should be able to motivate the staff, performance appraisal, conducting trainings etc.
· Should display strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service and organizational skills. Detail-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personnel, such as food vendors, cooks, and servers, are often well equipped to meet the demands of this job.
3. CHIEF COOK (need for 15 crews)
Salary: QAR 3000 To 3800 (Qatar Riyal)
- Must have minimum work experience of 06 years of experience out of which minimum 01 year of offshore experience on vessels or rigs/ barges
- English Speaking with basic computer literacy
- Knowledge in Stock Control and Management
- Knowledge in Food Safety & Hygiene
- COC (mandatory / any COC)
- CDC / seaman book (with endorsement of sea service / STCW Courses) and CDC stamps
- Duties (but not limited to the following):
- Cooking for the crew (Continental / Indian / Arabic cuisines)
- Different meals to be prepared
- Must follow HACCP guidelines
- Chief Cook must ensure safe & clean working practices
- Chief Cook must plan the menu
- Chief Cook must ensure stores are sufficiently stocked
4. COOK, need for 10 Crews (Indian, Arabic, Continental, Western, Asian cuisines)
Salary: QAR 2500 To 3000 (Qatar Riyal)
- Candidate must have minimum five years of experience out of which minimum one year of offshore experience
- Responsible for the planning, preparation and presentation of all food items and beverages to the required standards of quality, in line with client and company requirements while attaining a high level of
- Knowledge of Stock Control and Management
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and HACCP guidelines
- Control the food quality, presentation and service as per the required standards defined by the manager/superior.
- Certificate in culinary arts is an added advantage.
5. BAKER/PASTRY MAN (need for 8 Crews)
Salary: QAR 3000 – 3500 (Qatar Riyal)
In addition, will get QR.100/- offshore allowance.
6. LAUNDRY MAN (need for 8 Crews)
Salary : QAR 1500 – 1600 (Qatar Riyal)
In addition, will get QR.100/- offshore allowance
Candidates profile
Must have minimum five years’ experience in similar role
Candidate must have offshore experience on barge / rig or vessel
· Must have a Degree or Diploma in Management.
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information:
The following terms and conditions and benefits shall be applicable to all personnel and trades irrespectively:
Place of Work : Qatar offshore
Rotation Period : After the completion of 6 months of work one month vacation
Working Hours : 12 hours per day; 7 days a week
Accommodation : Provided by the company
Food : Provided by the company
Medical Treatment : Provided by the company
Air Ticket : Free (Economy Excursion) from Doha / home country’s nearest International airport / Doha at the end of every rotation of 6 months

BASIC SAFETY COURSE as per STCW 2010 composed of:
1. Personal Survival Technique (PST)
2. Elementary First Aide (EFA)
3. Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting (FPFF)
4. Personal Safety & Social Responsibility (PSSR)
5. Ship Security Awareness or Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (SDSD)
